• Meet & Greet - we can meet your clients when they arrive at your property to show them around and introduce them to the local area with a bit of inside knowledge.
• Key Holding - we can hold a key for your property so if you need to arrange tradesmen you will always have access to your property.
• Apartment/Chalet Cleaning Services-we can clean your apartment or chalet ready for your next guests to check in.
• Laundry service-we can offer a complete in house laundry service or if you prefer we can arrange for hire of linen and towels for your guests.
• Hot Tub Maintenance- If your chalet has a hot tub we will arrange for it to be cleaned and tested keeping it safe for your clients.
• Welcome Packs & Hotel Style Toiletries- To make your clients feel really special we can arrange to leave welcome packs and The White Room toiletries for them.
• Catering Services- We can arrange morning fresh bakery deliveries,simple 2 and 3 course delivered meals, to full chalet/apartment catering to include breakfasts, afternoon cakes and evening meals. ( please visit our sister company De La Terre for more information)
• Transfers-We arrange all of our transfers with Massif Soleil Transfers. Please ask us for a unique code for preferential bookings and amazing prices.
• Emergency Contact - We are on hand in resort for any problems that arise for your guests.
• Chalet Maintenance- We can organise all of your chalet maintenance for you from decorators, chimney sweeps,Furniture deliveries etc........
